These are some of the best restaurants, pubs and cafes that you should find yourself at when visiting this amazing nature spot. There's not as many as London so you cant make an excuse to not try at least half... well unless you're trying to save money then I dont recommend eating out every night and day.

~ The Lingholm Kitchen ~
The Lingholm Kitchen is a lovely place to eat, it has an amazing menu and is based on the lovely grande Lingholm estate. It has a beautiful walled garden and is even one of the bases for the alpallyeverafter, so you could get to see some alpacas in the distance. There is a lovely 18th century restored green house that you can hire out for private events and you can book in for afternoon tea. Just outside you get to see a gorgeous view of catbells one of the most popular fells in the lakes that is around 451m tall. . When I went (May 2021) I got the amazing mushroom on toast but decided to scoff it all before taking a picture... it was delicious!
